Mathias Waldschmitt

Mathias is a Managing Director of CASE CASSIOPEA in Germany.

With over 12 years of M&A experience, he has advised national and international companies, as well as private equity and infrastructure funds, on numerous transactions in the infrastructure sector.

Prior to joining CASE CASSIOPEA, he worked in a number of Corporate Finance positions at advisory firms and an infrastructure investor in Frankfurt and London.

Mathias specializes in renewable energies and other energy transition verticals, such as energy storage and EV charging solutions. Next to his core sectors, Mathias also worked on transactions in the digital and transport infrastructure space.

Mathias graduated in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University.
