Paul Gabalda

Paul joined the French office of CASE CASSIOPEA in 2025, bringing more than 6 years of M&A and Private Equity expertise.

Prior to joining CASE CASSIOPEA, Paul spent 4 years in M&A at Rothschild & Co. He also gained a 2-year experience in private equity at Naxicap Partners in Paris.

Throughout his career, Paul has worked on transactions in a large range of sectors, with a particular focus on industry, financial services, healthcare, business services and tech.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in Management and a MSc in Strategy & Consulting from EDHEC Business School.
