Federico Frigola

Federico joined CASE CASSIOPEA’s Milan office in 2021.

He has c. 3 years of M&A experience, having worked on various buy and sell-side mandates for national and international companies as well as private equity and infrastructure funds in various sectors including transport and logistics, eyewear, infrastructure services, and industrials.

Prior to joining Cassiopea Partners he worked as an Intern in Audit Industrial Services in the Milan office of PWC.

Federico holds an MSc cum laude in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control from Bocconi University, as well as a BSc cum laude in Business and Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna. During his undergraduate studies, Federico participated in an exchange program with the ITBA University of Buenos Aires.
