Omar joined CASE CASSIOPEA’s Milan office in 2019.

He has 4 years of experience in M&A, having worked on both buy-side and sell-side assignments in national and cross-border transactions.

Omar has advised strategic investors as well as private equity funds across various industries, including industrials, infrastructure, software, consumer goods, and healthcare.

Omar graduated cum Laude in International Management from Bocconi University.
