Maurizio joined CASE CASSIOPEA Italy in 2013.

He has advised national and international companies as well as private equity funds on several, both domestic and cross-border, transactions in TLC, hospitality, industrials and retail & consumer sectors.

Prior to CASE CASSIOPEA, Maurizio was part of the M&A team of L&B Partners, a leading investment banking boutique specializing in the renewable energy sector.
