Jeremy Fournier

With 20 years of experience across debt, complex financings and capital markets, Jérémy joined CASE CASSIOPEA as Partner - Debt Advisory in 2026 to lead the firm’s Debt Advisory practice in France.

He spent most of his career at RBS / NatWest (2006–2023), where he held senior roles in London and Paris across structured finance and senior coverage. He advised corporates and financial sponsors on acquisition financings, refinancings and capital structure optimisation, acting as both execution lead and strategic adviser to management teams, boards and shareholders.

His experience spans a broad range of industries and financing situations, with significant exposure to infrastructure and other capital-intensive sectors.

More recently, before joining CASE CASSIOPEA, he advised companies, founders and investors on financing strategy, capital structuring and fundraising matters, while remaining active in investment and venture environments.

Jérémy holds an Executive MBA from TRIUM (HEC Paris / NYU Stern / LSE) and a Master’s degree from IAE Paris, Sorbonne University.
